The ESM, Electrical and Training Divisions of Perpetual Dynamics Pty Ltd throughout Australia was split into a separate organisation and PMC Australia was created, with our team consisting of experts with a background in essential safety measures (ESM), operations and training.

Managing Director

Tim has an extensive career in multinational organisations spanning various leadership roles across maintenance operations and essential safety. As a leader with strong customer engagement, who can see the opportunities, Tim has excelled from delivering sustainable solutions whilst working for various distributors and service providers across the industrial and commercial property landscape.

Customer focused and dedicated; Tim works collaboratively with customers at all levels to drive cost effective change to deliver the right solutions. This has led to some major business improvements and growth (particularly during the GFC) without compromising safety, product quality or sustainable supply.

Leveraging his vast experience and industry background, Tim is passionate about delivering operational excellence with improved customer satisfaction and reliability and with his approach to innovation, has helped deliver real time maintenance monitoring for customers through integrated IT platforms. Tim is across all the latest regulations in safety and compliance, can support your business now and has the knowledge to help transform it for the future.


Aliesha Arbuthnot
General Manager Operations

Aliesha has a wealth of business, training and compliance experience, having worked within the fire protection/programmed maintenance and vocational education and training sector for more than twelve years.

Working with multinational organisations across various industries from Oil and Gas to Mining and Industrial, Aliesha has a notable career spanning business setup and management, crisis management, project management and staff leadership.

Her multi-faceted experience with the setup of businesses and management of the daily operations including the administrative/scheduling, accounting/finance, business development and operational services. Aliesha thrives on working collaboratively with all internal teams whilst maintaining the compliance and safety of the business and personnel.

From corporate crisis and incident management to high-risk workplace and specialised safety training, her exposure to varied training scopes and industries has enabled her to be customer focused and able to engage with clients to ensure their training needs are met, all whilst ensuring the training is relevant and compliant.

With a passion for safety in the workplace, Aliesha is a proven leader with highly developed operational and communication skills, who prides herself on her commitment to delivering exceptional business standards to both external and internal stakeholders.
